Please find below our return, exchange and refund policy:
1.1 Returns will be accepted for changes of size, model or colour within a period of 10 days from the date of departure from our warehouse. In such cases, the shipping costs for the return will be at the customer's expense. The product must be returned under the same conditions as it was received: original labels, packaging according to the product, etc. If this requirement is not met, Beryca Sport SL, reserves the right to charge the customer the amount of 5 euros extra for handling and packaging the product received.
1.2 Returns caused by misuse or damages caused by the customer that can be repaired. Prior approval and confirmation of the product being suitable for repair, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in the return of the product.
1.3 In the case of returns arising from manufacturing defects, Beryca Sport SL will be accountable for both shipping and product.
1.4 No exchanges will be accepted for used products.
1.5 Financial refunds will only be granted when the product which the customer wants to replace is not in available in stock, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
2.1 Deliveries will be made daily (Tuesday to Friday), as long as they are received before 12:30 at midday; all orders received after this time will be prepared to be dispatched the following day. Please note that we do not ship any orders on Mondays.
2.2 Shipments will be made by the carrier that best suits the customer cost-wise, being the shipping charged on the invoice; If the amount of the invoice exceeds 300.00 euros net (amount excluding VAT), the shipment will be free of charge (only for the Iberian Peninsula), whereby Beryca Sport SL will be the one responsible for choosing the transport agency.
2.3 If the client works with a specific courier company. The client would be entitled to organise a pick up, in this case the invoice would not be affected by any charge or credit corresponding to the transport costs. Beryca Sport SL, will not dispatch goods by unknown agency or an agency that does not work with our company.
2.4 If the customer has a common carrier with Beryca Sport SL and wishes us to send the goods COD (freight collect), Beryca Sport SL will ship the goods to the client without any problem.
2.5 When sending to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Islands, Europe or international, the customer will be responsible for the shipment, if the customer wishes, Beryca Sport SL could ask for a quotation and if agreed by the customer, we would send the goods and charge the amount of the transport in the invoice.
2.6 Currier shipments are usually delivered within 24/48 hours, other deliveries may take up to 72 hours, being the shipping company's responsibility. In case of delay, loss or misplacement of the goods, if Beryca Sport SL has been in control of the shipment, it will be the company who will handle the incident and solve the problem; otherwise, if it has been the customer who has handled the shipment, the customer will be the one who must solve the problem.
In this section you will find the different forms of payment available:
3.1 Payment agreed: This refers to the method of payment that you have agreed with Beryca Sport SL, in this case it is usually by bank transfer.
3.2 Card payment: This payment method will be made through the virtual payment gateway, it is an easy and safe way to make your purchase. The system supports the following types of cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
3.3 Bank transfer payment: This payment method will be made according to a proforma invoice in which all the information to make the transfer will be indicated; once we receive the payment we will proceed with dispatching the goods.
3.4 Refunds: Refunds will be made by bank transfer, in accordance with the terms stated in the "Returns and Refunds" clause.
3.5 All payments for purchases from Beryca Sport SL, are made through Redsys (official channel) which uses secure encryption systems and data transfer security through the SSL protocol, meaning that the customer will always be protected by the use of these channels.

4.1 An order can be cancelled by the customer whenever it has not yet left our warehouses, regardless of the day it was placed; in this event, if the customer has made the payment and the goods have not been dispatched, Beryca Sport SL will refund the full amount to the customer by transfer or by cancelling the card payment.
4.2 In the event where the order has already been dispatched, we would not consider it as a cancellation but as a return, meaning there is the possibility for the client to return it in compliance with the procedure described in section 1.1 of this document.
Guarantee is considered to be any product that has a manufacturing defect, the guarantees will be processed as follows:
5.1 Any product that reaches the customer with a manufacturing defect, will be collected by Beryca Sport SL, repaired or replaced by another equal or similar one; if none of these three options could be fulfilled, the company and the customer would reach an agreement to maintain their credit in order to acquire another product or, the refund of the money, all expenses incurred in the collection and delivery of this product will be paid by Beryca Sport SL, without the customer having any type of economic expense
5.2 To process the guarantee, it will be needed that the customer provides with images of the faulty elements or areas, indicating by writing what happens to the product. This information should be sent by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
5.3 Products that have been misused or damaged due to overuse are not considered warranted.
5.4 The guarantee extend is two years from the date of the billing date by Beryca Sport SL.
